By placing an order on ogscale.com, you agree to the terms in this Delivery & Shipping Policy along with our Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with an order.


Standard Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days in most parts of India.

  • We currently do not ship internationally.

  • Deliveries are carried out by reputed third-party logistics partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and XpressBees.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to local restrictions, weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free across India on all prepaid and COD orders.

  • Express Delivery (Optional): ₹99 per order (non-refundable). Customers can select this at checkout if available for their pincode.

  • All prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes.


Delivery Process & Tracking

  • Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details, including landmark if necessary. OG Scale is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with courier details and a tracking number.

  • Tracking can also be checked in the “My Orders” section on ogscale.com.

  • Couriers will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, OG Scale reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund (if prepaid).


Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available in most serviceable pincodes.

  • If COD is not available for your location, you will be informed at checkout.

  • Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may lead to restrictions on this payment option for future orders.


Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tampered:

  1. Please refuse to accept the package from the delivery person.

  2. Immediately notify us at +91 95580 07593 or email service.ogscale@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos/videos of the package.

  3. Once validated, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.


Delays & Limitations

OG Scale strives to deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions

  • Government restrictions, strikes, or lockdowns

  • Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes)

  • Unforeseen operational challenges with courier partners

In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to update you via your registered email and/or mobile number. OG Scale is not liable for any indirect loss, mental distress, or consequential damages arising from delays.

  • Returns and exchanges are managed via our reverse-logistics partners.
